To run SurveyTime in Google Chrome Version 42.0.2311.90 m, or later please follow the following steps:
If you are trying it first time then first Install Silverlight on your machine.
Once silverlight is installed close and reopen your browser and try using SurveyTime again.
If silverlight is already installed then follow the directions given in the help doc: Download Help Doc
